Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and remains in its original sealed packaging.
  • You can provide proof of purchase and order details.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used condoms.
  • Products with broken, damaged, or removed safety seals.
  • Opened lubricants or other intimate products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your claim and may offer:
    • A replacement product
    • Store credit
    • A full refund, where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
